I think ytou will have better luck in locating Anna if you look for the spelling BRUBACHER, this is the spelling used before it was changed to BRUBAKER.

There is a book on "Brubacher Genealogy" by Jacob N. Brubacher (Lancaster County, PA) that was published in 1884, the book is not indexed but it does contain a lot of connections to Herr and Hostetter and many other Lancaster County families.
