John & Sarah Brubaker, Black Hawk Co IA 1970

From what I've been able to gather, John Brubaker, born about 1834 in PA, married Sarah J. Arahood (or Orahood) possibly about 1853 in Iowa. Oldest son Webster was reportedly born 1 Nov 1854 in Benton Co., Iowa. In 1870 they were in Waterloo Twp., Black Hawk Co., Iowa--

I think Sarah was the daughter of Elijah Orahood who married Rachel "Sarah" Carter in Union Co., Ohio and who was in Benton Co., Iowa in 1860.
Does anyone connect to these Brubakers? How was John related to the others in Iowa that came from Pennsylvania?
