Which Patrick Bruffy Is Correct?

Hi Everyone,

While researching my Rachel D SHAW family I see one Patrick Bruffy, husband of Mary Ellen DEVER/DEVERS. I found one Patrick William BRUFFY on the Global Tree website (born 30 Apr 1840 Bath Co VA - 1918 s/o James W Bruffy & Margaret Ann Hartman) whose first wife is listed as Mary Ellen Dever married Bath Co VA ca 1891, but I do not believe that this was "my" Mary Ellen, whose parents were William H DEVER (born ca 1832 WV) & Rachel D SHAW born ca 1836 WV. Mary Ellen DEVER BRUFFY 1859 WV - 20 May 1932 Webster Co WV is the correct wife for the Patrick Allen BRUFFY for whom I search. Did they have children? Any help will be most welcome - Thanks!
