Thanks for posting the meorial of Mr. Bruffey. Sounded like a remarkable fellow. Public education and road building being two professions very much in the way of "rebuilding the world" He's a g-greatgrandson of the Patrick Bruffey I mentioned, who was born in 1790's and settled in what's now West Virginia..
