1860 Missouri census, Camden County, Cave P. O., page 46, lists David Burns, age 25, Julia A. Burns, age 19, in the household of Patterson Carroll Brumley. 1850 census shows Julia, age 8, in the household of P. C. Brumley. This would make her the daughter of his first wife, Lucinda Denny.

Are you sure of the date of marriage???? Patterson Carroll was the son of Daniel and Rachel Patterson Brumley, who were married in Jessamine County, KY 16 March 1804 (date of marriage bond).
