We are looking for the names of Daniel and Martha
(Brumley) Cook's eight children. We do know of one child
named Joseph Cook, b- 1819 NC. and d- 1871- NC.
Joseph was married to 1st wife- Sarah Phillips and 2nd
wife Leah Elizabeth Cook. Leah's maiden name unknown.
Daniel Cook was born abt 1791 in NC. D-between 1850-1853-
before 1-July 1853 in Union Co, IL.
Martha Brumley was born-abt 1790. D-1827-NC.
Daniel and Martha were married-18-April-1811- Mecklenburg,
NC.
Daniel then married Jemima Kennerly or maybe Kenny, born
10-31-1806- Cabarrus Co, NC. D- 31-July-1882- Jonesboro
Precinct, Union Co, IL.
Daniel and Jemima were married, 19-June-1827- Cabarrus Co,
NC. Daniel and Jemima had nine children.
Daniel and Jemima moved with some of the children from
Daniel's first marriage and the children born in their
marriage, to Union Co, IL., abt 1848.
Also would like to know the parents and the sibling's
names of Daniel, Martha and Jemima.
We have been searching without success for this info.
