1850 U.S. Census - TX - Rusk Co. - Rusk:

William Brumlee--50--M--Farmer--RE5000--VA
Elizabeth " ---46--F------------------TN
Mary Ann " ---26--F------------------TN
Eliza Jane " ---22--F------------------TN
Martha A. " ---20--F------------------TN
John L. " ---17--M--Farmer----------TN
Elizabeth " ---14--F------------------TN
Margaret S. " ---13--F------------------TN
Sarah " ---11--F------------------TX
Texann " ----4--F------------------TX
Sam H. " ----1--M------------------TX
Amanda " ---12--F------------------TX

I just began my "Brumlee" research and have yet to identify Amanda. But the "Texann" (that's what it looked like to me) is probably the daughter of William Brumlee and Elizabeth.
