Solomon Brunstetter, Mary Brunstetter Martin Allen - PA

Brunstetter-Washburn link
In the 1970's Max Brunstetter was corresponding with Edith Washburn trying to find the connection. Both had photo albums that contained the same family photos.
Solomon Brunstetter, his wife and son in law John Martin's deaths in 1862 were listed in Washburn Family Bibles, but the link could not be made. John Martin's wife was Mary (Poly) Brunstetter. After his death, Mary married Benjamin Allen.
The current owner of the Washburn photos also has a letter referencing the will of a Mary Allen with her daughter Mary Ann Washburn as the executor. The will was witnessed in Franklin Twp, Lycoming County, PA in 1889. I found a Mary Allen and Benjamin Allen in the 1870 & 1880 census in Franklin Twp, Lycoming County. This is only about 11 miles from where Mary Brunstetter Martin lived in Rohrsburg, Greenwood Twp, Columbia County, PA in 1850 & 1860 and the only Mary Allen I could find in the vicinity after 1860. Thus it would appear the two are one and the same. Further circumstantial evidence. George & Mary Ann Washburn are listed on the same 1850 census page as Solomon Brunstetter, John & Mary Martin are listed on the next page. Mary Ann Orwick is shown living in the same vicinity with the Wolf family in 1850. Looking for any additional information on Mary Brunstetter Martin Allen and her daughter Mary Ann. Family Bible lists marriage of George Washburn to Mary Ann Orwick. So trying to determine if her mother was married prior to marriage to John Martin or if perhaps Mary Ann was previously. Also trying to find link to Heaycocks, Norwoods, Vandergrifts and Rev. Yard that are included in photos. Heaycocks live in Rohrsburg in 1850-60 also. Have photos of Jesse and Emily Brunstetter and a number of unidentified photos. Some may be Brunstetter's.
