Samuel Brunton/James Brunton Canada

Looking for any information or connection with the guys below:

1) Samuel Brunton b Scotland April 1889 emigrating to USA or Canada between 1890 and 1900. Mother poss Mary. Had served in US army, but enlisted for WW1 in Canada. Father poss also called Samuel, but dec'd pre 1915.

2)James Brunton, b Toronto 1918. Went back to Scotland aged 8 mths with mother when father (above) died. Believed to have joined Canadian air force WW2, married and had a son, thought to have returned to live in Canada during or after WW2. Wife was a WAAF. UK family lost contact with him during this time - Do we have some Canadian relatives out there?
