I am also a descendent of John Buchner. I understand that he lived in Sussex Co., NY, and came to Norfolk Co., Ontario. This is a partial line of my descendency from John Buchner:

1) John Buchner.
2) Margaret Buchner, b. 1758, m. Jacob Willson.
3) Mary Willson m. John Smith, 1783-1859.
4) Margaret Smith, 1820-1902, m. Joseph Carrow.

Margaret and Joseph Carrow are my great great grandparents. They left Norfolk County and came to Midland Co., Mich., where my family is from. They are buried in Homer Twp. Cem., in Midland County. The Buchner's, Willson's, Smith's, and Carrow's all had lots of children, lived near each other in Norfolk County, and intermarried. As a result, there are lots of descendents of these families still living in Ontario and Mich. In fact, I had the honor of meeting one of my 4th cousins in real life who I had first met on the internet through the Carrow GenForum. If you are interested in learning more about this line of Buchner descendents, go to the Carrow Forum at:
