George Buckberrough born 01 Feb 1794 and died 14 Jan 1866, is the son of John Buckberry.

George appears to have served in the War of 1812 in the 2nd Regiment of the York Militia.

He married Sarah Coleman in the Gore District in December of 1813. The had a large family that is documented by a Bible - if you have this Bible I would like to get a copy of it! His children are believed to be: John; Elisabeth; William (married Frances Sutton); James Coleman of Bookton (married Rachel); Samuel; Eunice (married James W. Lawrason); Hugh (went to the US); Margaret (married Jonathan B.. Smith; and Mercy (married Jacob Blasdale)

Contact me if you have information on this family.
