1904 Williamson Genealogy: many Buckmans
Posted by: Ruth Date: October 04, 2000 at 20:20:16

We have extra copies of the 1904 Williamson Genealogy, if anyone is interested. This was a genealogy prepared for the family in 1904. It was never published, and like many private genealogies, there are no sources, although it is clear that the genealogist obtained his information from public records etc. These Williamsons are descended from Dunck.
This genealogy was handwritten, and difficult to use, so we had it typed and indexed. It is spiral bound, and on 8 1/2 X 11 paper. It has more than 800 names, including Buckman, Vansandt, Burton, Ghriskey, Crozer, Harper, Ivins, Parsons and Williamson (to name a few). It is largely focused in Philadelphia/Bucks/Montgomery/Lancaster area. If anyone is interested, they should email me. It stops in early 1900s, although Charles Ghriskey added some information, as did his daughter, Lillian.
