Isodore Buffaloe b. (ca) 1847, Wake Co., N.C. Married Albert Hall Whitfield who was an attorney, professor and eventually Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in Dec. 1876 in Grenada, MS. They had five children: Marina, Garland Quinche, Katherine (Kate), Albert Hall, Jr., and Robert Joseph. Isodore's father was Joseph G.M. Buffaloe; her mother was Marina Kitchens Robbins. Isodore's husband, Albert, became Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in 1900. He was born 12 Oct 1849 in Monroe Co., MI and died 12 Nov 1918. Isodore was the second of five children; three sisters and one brother.
