Hi Rachel,
I am grasping at straw here, trying to figure out my
tri-racial WEEDEN,WHILDEN,WEELDON/BROWN family line of
SC,NC,VA,RI,TN,KY,MN,CT,NY et al.
I have yet to hear from ANYONE who acknowledges kinship
to my line.
Have come across the RHODEN/RODEN and the BUFFALO surnames,
but am still in the dark.
I am especially hoping to find ANY INFO of my ggrandmother,
CHARATA BROWN, mulatto, born 1833 NC.
Contact me if anything is of interest.
Sincerely,
carol wheeldin warren.
