I got the information from "Trail of the Buffalo Family" as follows:

Samuel R. Buffalo b. 1805 North Carolina m. Gilleann UNKNOWN. They were first found on the 1840 census for Randolph County, Georgia and three children, (1) Bushala A.R. Buffalo, m. Skipper UNKNOWN, two children, James and Willie. (2) Samuel Isaac Buffalo, born in Henry Co. Alabama, m. Mary Ann Hutto of Georgia. They had eight children, Ann, Ella, Mollie, Julia, Lou, Addie, William Thomas and Oscar Lee. (3) William R. Buffalo m. Hellina UNKNOWN. (4) Mary A.H. Buffalo (5) Henry Buffalo m. Martha Jane Williams, one child Lonora. Remained in Henry Co., Alabama. (6)John Floyd Buffalo also born in Henry Co., Alabama and remained there all his life; m. Pencil Alice Gardner, seven children, Mattie, John Floyd, Jr., Annie Rebecca, Samuel Isaac, Jesse Eugene, Ewoona and Eddie Leland. John Floyd was bitten by a dog and died of rabies. He & Pencil are both buried in the Hartford, Alabama Cemetery. All of John Floyd's children took the spelling Buffalow. (7) Simon Buffalo was know as Sim. Little is know of him except that he did marry and had one child but apparently both his wife & child died young. He moved to Florida and according to an article in a newspaper, was found murdered on his job as a night watchman at the age of 72.

I have other data if anyone is interested.
