I have in my database one Oscar Buffaloe son of George Dallas Buffalow. I don't have a birthdate for Oscar but George Dallas Buffalow was born 1 Sep 1848 in Tenn and his wife, mother of Oscar, was born in 1871. His siblings were Herbert, Anna Clement, Willie, Cora and Sue. This may not help you but should some day prove interesting!
