Hi, Larry,

Thanks so much for your message. Please do let me know if you receive the name of the book. Might it be written by William Bradford Bugg? I have info from a distant cousin Joan McKinley Williams that he is a descendant of Willis Lemuel Bugg and had done a lot of research on the Bugg line. She thought he is living in San Antonio now. I'll have to see if I can find him.

In my tree, I also show a Sarah Ann Bugg who married Richard Andrew Stockton in Pontotoc Co, Mississippi on 29 Aug 1850. Another cousin Nancy Morrison Bolton who is descended from Richard & Sarah believe that Sarah was a brother to Willis Lemuel Bugg who was the father of my Mary/Merry E. Bugg (married Thaddeus Williams). Nancy grew up hearing a story about the Bugg boys "taking care of" Thaddeus because he was really mean to Mary/Merry his wife. They drew straws and Hyram got the short straw and something "happened" to Thaddeus on his way home that night.

Thanks again for the message and I can be reached here or directly at
