Unfortunately, I don't know his first name. My grandfather and grandmother that would know are gone. I tried to e-mail you the photo but I guess your e-mail address is out of date because it was returned. Could you e-mail me and then I'll e-mail you the photo.
I do know which fellow is "Bulla," and I have made another copy with the names written on. So you can see if he looks familiar, anyway!
Some hints that might help: My grandfather (Ware, pictured near center) was born in January 1906. It's likely that most pictured are about the same age. Also, my grandpa came from and returned to Iowa, so they definitely drew students from all over. He mentions Bulla in his written "memoirs" that he wrote for the family:
"... drove down to Oklahoma University Hospital in OK City, OK for a one year rotating internship. Two months on: medicine, , two on OB and GYN, two on Orthopedics, and Pediatrics, two on GU and EEn&T and two on Admissions. Paid a stipend of $10.00 a month, uniforms, laundry, board & room. Roomed with Bulla in upstairs back room in a house across the street from Admitting and Emergency room. Hot in summer, but usually a cool breeze would blow in the window at night. Could always hear the engines drilling in a good new oil field first discovered about 5 mi south of town."
