Hi Christian, due to my husband's car accident our trip to France is postponed.
Perhaps, amongst the family archives there are documents relative to a court case
(Trigg vs Slaughter, Bullitt)that was held in
the Superior Court,Staunton,VA. in 1808.
Within, those files should be a sworn statememt made by two female members of the Bullitt family regarding Sarah Bronaunt being
the daughter of Thomas Bullitt and Martha
Bronaunt. He devised Sarah some property in his will written in 1775. There should be other records as well.
Do you have pertinent records on Benjamin
Boulet?
Regards, Doris
