Hi,

During World War II I was assigned Driver for Col. John L. Chamberlain while we were in Naples, Italy. Gen Edwin Schwein was our Commander. Our outfit was the Allied Liasion Service and we were in Italy, France and Germany. William C, Bullitt was one of the Officers assigned to our unit. I believe at that time (1943-1945 he was with 1st French Army Command under General Juin. He traveled with our Unit and was really a great person and spoke fluent French. Just thought I would post in case someone was interested.
