I notice this document sometimes says an event took place in "Frederick, Monongalia Co., VA." Frederick Co., VA is where they were living until ca 1768-70 and is not in Monongalia Co. The City of Winchester is surrounded by Frederick Co. and is about 40 miles south of Hagerstown, MD, on I-81. Monongalia Co. is southeast of Pittsburgh, PA -- the county seat is Morgantown, WV.

The part of Frederick Co. where the Pricketts, Bunners, etc., lived is now mostly Berkeley Co., WV, which was formed from Frederick Co. in 1772. The county seat is Martinsburg, WV.
