It seems from other postings that Adelheit was the mother of Peter Burkhalter, but was she the mother of the younger children, also? Do their christening records include the mother's name?

I have checked every source available to me here in Orlando, but have not found anything that shows an arrival list that includes this Burkhalter family. The early sources indicate that they arrived in 1735, but no ship or exact date is given and there were 3 ships that arrived that year. Wish we could see the wife's name on such a list. What's your opinion about Michael's wife upon arrival in GA?

Next summer we will be visiting Switzerland and we are planning to go to Michael Burkhalter's parish as well as Illnau Parish (home parish of Conrad Denzler). Do you have any suggestions or recommendations?
