This is a brief run-down of what I've hurriedly put together. I have not attempted to follow the females as it's just too much work for a family not related to me.

Bethana Burnett m. James Sartain-I won't waste time listing their children because you can find them on Ancestry or OneWorld trees at your leisure, living in Mississippi.

Mary Ann Burnett m. John McGarity/McGarrity. She d 1862 & John m. Alpha (Alpha A. Glover?) b abt 1825-Feb 6, 1900.
Children of Mary Ann & John:
William b 1825 m. Linny E.
Elizabeth abt 1831
Bethany Jan 1, 1832, d Mar 21, 1901 m Thomas L. Crow
M.T. abt 1836 said to be Mary Teresa/Tina Marie
John Abner Aug 10, 1837- Jul 7, 1889 Hart Co.,GA. m. Polly.
Gardner abt 1843 m. Laura F. b abt 1848

Of this group:
Wm who m. Linny E. Children on 1870 census:
John W. b abt 1853
Nathan W. abt 1853 (same as Wm. N. on Ancestry pages?)
Matilda J or G abt 1856
Francis G. son abt 1858
Ancestry sources say there was a dau. Mary Ann 1850-1942.

Bethany m. Thomas Crow. They had a very large family I won't list. You can find them on Ancestry or OneWorld.

John Abner m. Polly b abt 1846. Children on 1870 census:
Gardner P. abt 1862
Laura A. abt 1864
Lou Ella E. abt 1866
William J. abt 1868
John infant d abt May 1870 & on 1870 Mortality List.
Living in John Abner's house on the 1870 census of Hart Co.,GA is "servant" Nancy A. Berryman 22, who I've traced as the later wife of James Barton Burnett, son of John b1812 & grandson of Jeremiah b1775.
This is reinforcing evidence that Mary Ann Burnett who m. John McGarity is indeed the dau. of Jeremiah.

Gardner m. Laura F. Children on 1870 census:
John W. abt 1868
William L abt 1867

John Burnett 1812 m. Elizabeth McGarity.
There can be no doubt that John is a son of Jeremiah 1775, since they're next to each other on 2 consecutive censuses & the ages of John's children on these censuses indicate he is the same John in each of them. Children as of 1860:
M.A. son abt 1839
Elizabeth abt 1842
John abt 1844
James Barton Feb 1849
Sarah A. May 1850
Crawford H. abt 1853

Of these children, I have the following:
Son M. A. had left home by the 1850 census & I haven't located him.

James Barton m. Nancy A. Berryman abt 1850. They both alive on the 1900 census in Royston, Franklin Co.,GA.
As mentioned above, Nancy A. lived on 1870 census w/family of John Abner McGarity. As a child, 1860 census, her family lived in Madison Co. almost next door to Elisha Sartain 1797.
Children of James & Nancy as of 1900:
William R. Nov 1871 m. Mary V. b Jan 1876
Charles F. Mar 1873 m. Martha E. b Jun 1873
Bunyan abt 1876
Sarah abt 1877
Benjamin F. Apr 1880 m. Pearl O. b abt 1890
Alpha A. July 1887
William R. is in Royston, GA w/wife & children in 1920.
Charles & Benjamin are on 1900 census in Rockmart, Polk Co.,GA.

The youngest son I have for 1812 John Burnett is:
Crawford H. m. Jane b abt 1848. Children, Pike, Elbert Co. census of 1880:
John abt 1874
Lula abt 1879

Sarah Burnett m. Calvin Sartain. This has been a hard family to trace because of spelling variations of Sartain, which I've also seen as Certain & Sartin.
I've seen 1 OneWorld tree on them, besides my own research. I have them only on the 1860 AL & 1880 TN census. Sarah d Jul 1880 & it seems Calvin immediately remarried to Jossie M. Webb, Hardeman Co.,TN.
Known children of Sarah & Calvin:
Melvina abt 1843 GA
Letta/Lotta abt 1844 GA
Ann A. abt 1846 GA
Harison abt 1847 GA
Amanda abt 1852 GA
Beavy/Berry abt 1858 GA
James A. abt 1861 AL
OneWorld shows Letta/Lotta G. b 1852. They may know something I don't abt the name, but I don't believe birthdate.
They call son Harison as "Marion" but I think Harison might come from the place-name of Harison, Madison Co.,GA where Elisha Sartain lived. Just a guess.

Additional notes...
I have noticed the name Bunyan occuring in this Burnett family & it also occurs in another Burnett family in the Gilmer Co.,GA area, I think, & I've seen it in the Sartain family, so maybe there's a Bunyan family link back up in the Carolinas or VA.

A note on the possibility of Westley Burnett being a son of Elbert Co. Jeremiah 1775:
I've seen Westley b abt 1820 in close proximity to several of the families I have listed above.
On the 1860 census of Danielsville, Madison Co., Westley is on the same census page as Elisha Sartain & on the next page from Nancy A. Berryman & her parents, she the future wife of James Barton Burnett.

On the 1880 census of Harison, Madison Co., he's a couple pages from James Barton Burnett.

In the 1910-20 period, his descendants live in close proximity to John Wesley Burnett, youngest son Wm. W. Burnett, son of Reason Sr., down in Walton Co.,GA.

Westly has a son, Oliver who settles in the Royston, GA area, which we know to be a homeland for the Burnett family we've been discussing.
I'm still going through notes on this issue but you can make a pretty good circumstantial claim.

I just wanted to separate the certain descendants of Jeremiah from the maybe's.
