Before I begin, let me correct a small error from Part 3.
I said John Burnett 1812's son M.A. left home before the 1850 census & meant before the 1860 census.
While I am on that family, regarding son James Barton Burnett's son, William R. b1871, I am not 100 percent sure he's James Barton's son, but he seems right. I just want that said. About all other descendants of 1812 John I am 100 percent sure.
Now to Westley Burnett once again.
I was already feeling pretty good about him belonging to this family & just had a hunch that when I looked up his marriage I'd find he'd married a McGarity or Sartain or something, & I was not disappointed.
He married Elizabeth Sartain, daughter of Elisha Sartain & there is no doubt about that relationship because Westley & Elizabeth live right next door to Elisha on at least 2 censuses.
So Westley, just like 2 sisters of his in this family I've put together, have all 3 married into the same Sartain family, 2 to children of Elisha & 1 to a brother of Elisha.
This, coupled with the fact that Westley or his descendants are seen living in proximity to the families of 1812 John Burnett & Reason Burnett Sr., both unquestionably sons of Jeremiah, leads me to the inescapable conclusion that Westley is also a son of 1775 Jeremiah of Elbert Co.,GA.
Having so said, I will now list some of the descendants of Westley Burnett & Elizabeth Sartain. Westley b abt 1820 Elbert? Co.,GA, d betw 1880-1900 maybe in Harison, Madison Co.,GA.
Elizabeth Sartain b July 1823 Madison Co.,GA, d aft 1900 prob. Royston, Franklin Co.,GA.
They were married Sep 30, 1841 Madison Co.,GA.
On various censuses they are found in Franklin & Madison Co, & their descendants are sometimes also in parts of Jackson & Walton Co., as well. Known children:

It was with grandson Ernest W. that Alfred P. Burnett, son of Westley Burnett is last seen living on the 1930 census.

This family is on Ancestry, so I haven't copied down their children.

I have seen Willis Wiley's WWI draft papers, so I know he & Vera lived at least til 1918.

Oliver m 2nd to Sarah A. E. b Mar 1877, d aft 1910. Census says they marr. abt 1892. Known children:

Oliver was in GA in 1900, but on the 1910 census he's moved the family to Moore, DeKalb Co.,Alabama, where I last see him.
And that, ladies and gentleman, is about all I have, except for grave-yards in Kentucky where the bodies are buried & parents of wives & such, & assorted other debris from the geneological battlefield.
