This is to certify that I H R Withers a duly commissioned minister of the gospel of this ME Church South did unite in holy wedlock in said county on the 20th day of October 1869 James Willhelm and Matilda Burnets aged about 21 years and that my credentials are recorded in the office of the recorder for the county of Jefferson in the State aforesaid

And EX-OFFICIO RECORDER, in and for the County and State aforesaid,
Do hereby certify, that the foregoing Marriage Certificate was this day filed in my office for record, and the same is now duly recorded in Record BookH Page 194.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court, at my offie in Ozark on this 7th day of December A.D., 1869.
