1969 in Grant Nebraska. He married ALICE JEAN FOSTER August 05, 1956 in Scottsbluff Nebraska.

Robert, or "Bob", as he was known, was born March 10, 1932, at Herningford,
Nebraska, to Cyril and Marie Burney. He was the oldest -of nine children, seven
brothers and one sister. One brother preceded him in death. He was married to
Alice Jean Foster on August 5, 1956, at Scottsbluff, Nebraska. To this union were born four children, Debra
Jean, DeJuana Rena, Doyle Robert and Dwight Ernest, all at home.
Bob lived most of his life in Nebraska until moving to Idaho with his wife and
family in 1966. He was in the trucking business most of his adult life. He attended
the Bible Missionary Church, both in Nebraska and Idaho. Funeral services were
held in Hemingford, Nebraska. on July 16 and the final services were held in
Ontario, Oregon, at the Bible Missionary Church on July 19. Rev. Robert Barker,
i3astor of the Twin Falls Bible Missionary Church, Rev. Carl Kinzler, pastor of the
Ontario Bible Missionary Church, and Rev. Parker Maxey of Rock Island, Illinois,
officiated. Brother Raymond Edwards sang "Where the Roses Never Fade" and
"Beyond the Gates." He leaves to mourn his passing his wife and children, of
Payette.
