I believe the name is misspelled on the census as Bursage
James M. Burrage age 45
Lucy D. Burrage age 44
Luther R. Burrage age 21
Roy W. Burrage age 17
Wm R.Burrage age 13
Mary Burrage age 9
Johon B. Burrage age 8
Hue Burrage age 5
James Harvey Burrage age 23-b. Feb. 1877 NC
Emma Chaffin Burrage age 20 b.april 1880
Infant Burrage 10/12/ mos.
Jessie P. Rodges-son-in-law age 35
Lottie L. Rodges-dau. of James M. Burrage age 24
James H. Rodgers-Son of Jesse and Lottie
Ruth W. Rodgers-3 mos
Should be the family of James Harvey Burrage who
was married to Emma Chaffin
Their son was Gene Thomas Burrage who was born 20 Feb 1918
in King's Creek,North Carolina
He was married to (1) Lois D. Failes-died 1964
(2) Edna Brown
I believe they had a Daughter Carol Burrage who
was last living in Charlottesville,Va
He is buried in Riverview Cemetery in Charlottesville,Va
in space E-22
Lois D. Failes was the daughter of
Thomas Grover Failes and Bessie Spencer Pace
Bessie was the dau of Richard A. Pace born in Fluvanna Va
and Mary Susan Gregory.
Ricard A.Pace was a brother to my grandfather
John Walker Pace b. 1843 in Fluvanna Co Va
to John R.Pace b. 1809 and Elizabeth?
Would like to connect to anyone who may be related to
any of the above families
