Daniel's will: Harlem Springs, Ohio, May 31, 1906.
In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Daniel Burrier of Lee Township, Carroll County, Ohio, do make and publish this last will and testament.
Item 1st -- I give and devise to my beloved wife the use, and full control of all my property as long as she lives, after all my just debts are paid, this to include all the money personal property and real estate.
After my wife death (if she should out live me) my property, both personal and real estate, to be divided equally among my children, with one exception Samuel S. Burrier to receive one thousand dollars ($1000.00) more than the others for staying with us and taking care of us. If the heirs cannot agree to divide the land among themselves, the land to be sold, the administrators to have full power to sell and convey the same.
If any of the heirs are not satisfied with the will and go to law, I disinherit them. Samuel S. Burrier to be my administrator.
