Facts:
- Nathan and Mahalaˇ¦s 2nd child was named James Samuel Bussey (b.abt. 1852).
- Known children of Nathan and Mahala are: Nathan R., James Samuel, Laura Jane and Josephine.
- Mahala had a sister Nancy (b: abt 1818) who was living with them in 1860 according to that years Lincoln Co., GA census.
- Mahala died after 1896 as she was mentioned in Nathan's will.
