Hi, Wadyne!! So good to hear from you! Sorry you've not been well. Also sorry that I do not have Amos's children.
I do have the following: Rev. Amos Bussey, b. 20 Nov 1806, marr. Hannah Tylee 3 July 1828. He was born in Hubbard Twp, Trumbull Co., OH, and died 18 Jan 1865, Oskaloosa,Mahaska, Iowa. The Edward and Jesse Busseys, sons of Edward & Ruth Colgate Bussey, I assume are the brothers you mentioned. I have Jesse Bussey, b. 31 Aug 1773, in Harford, Maryland, marr. Margaret Smith 1792. Jesse died 18 Feb 1866, in Monongalia, VA. I see where his sister, Mary, marr. Wm Smith, so it seems highly possible the two families intermarried. Have you noticed that Edward & Mary, Edward & Ruth Colgate, and Edward and Nancy/Dorcas all had an Edward and a Jesse? Makes genealogy a little tough! Ferrol
