Wm. Bussey who has been writing the Civil War sketches for the Chronicle, died at a Minneapolis hospital Feb. 9. He was born in St. Charles April 24, 1854 and was thoroughly acquainted with the pioneer history of St. Charles. While here in town a short time ago he expressed the wish that he might hear the old choir to which he belonged, sing and might again hear the musical voice of Barrett Hunt.
