One interesting thing about this branch of the Byram family. A Susannah Clark Byram, one of your cousins, married William Bradford Waddell. William was a member of the noted firm of Russell, Majors & Waddell who were the most extensive freighters of the West. They, Russell, Majors & Waddell, started the OPony Express which operated from April 1850 until Oct 1861.
