John Wm. Byram, born 1760 or so, moved from Mason Co abt 1825 to Athens County OH. If you'll email me directly at tfsengnr@worldnet.att.net, I'll send you a gedcom with all the information I have about them.

I do know that he appears to have been married twice. Two of his sons are a John Byrom and a William Byram. They used the BIRAM spelling. John William Byram is my great x4 grandfather.

I need to look for the information about the Biram who laid out Leon. I , too , have relatives that lived near Leon.
