From information I was just sent, it is "possible" that Anne Byram Knapp's father was Peter Byram, born abt 1760 in VA and mother may have been Lucy Phillips Byram.
They had a daughter Anne b. ca 1787 and a son Benjamin b. 1790.(also other children) Their daughter, Anne Byram married a Knapp before 1810.

The Ky county formation and boundary changes seemed to occur almost yearly in the years I am searching. Here are a few:

Mason County was formed from Bourbon Co, KY in 1789.
Bourbon County was formed from Fayette Co, KY in 1786.
Fayette County was formed from Kentucky Co, VA in 1780.
Mason Co, KY is bordered on the east by Fleming Co, KY.
* Fleming Co, KY is where Moses Knapp married Anne Byram on/abt 7 JULY 1802.

Mason Co, VA(WV) was formed from Kanawha Co, VA in 1804

I will contact you privately too.
Thank you,

PS- thanks for the info on Leon + Benjamin Byram.
