The answer is yes to all three places. Allegedly they were married in 1787. The ill fated State of Franklin was organized in 1784 and dissolved in 1789. It covered all of the western lands with a capitol in Greeneville. The record should be in Greene County but I have been unable to find it and hope that another researcher will have better luck
