Did anyone know Jan Rupert LeBleue?

My father, Jan Rupert LeBleue died July 26, 1976 in Klamath, Del Norte, California and is buried in the Veteran's cemetery there. I am trying to research his family line.

He claimed to have been born in several places, but the most common was Missouri...possibly St. Louis. He always said he was born on Jan. 19, but the years varied from 1893 to 1904,05, 06 and 08.

I know that the man was a con man and did not always tell the truth about a lot of things...in fact, his name may have been something other than Jan Le Bleue. I am not condemning the man, he chose his life. I just want to know who his parents and grandparents really were...no matter what their names were.

His social security application named them as Jan R. LeBleue Sr and Mary Kathren (sic) LeDraux. I cannot find any LeDraux's anywhere in the world.

His death certificate said he was a widower (so perhaps I have half brothers or sisters out there?) and was a retired mining engineer. Perhaps someone worked with him?

Would anyone having even a scrap of information about him please contact me...every piece of the puzzle is priceless to me.
