Did his obituary say he was buried in Pasadena? Did it mention the name of a funeral home? I would suggest that you purchase his death certificate. It might have the name of the cemetery listed on it.
As far as the children are concerned, Webster is such a common name. I did run the name of Wellington through the death indexes pre-1905 through 2000. I didn't find him.
Did you post the obituaries to the Kern County GenWeb site?
If not, you should. There might be others out there researching the family.
