San Diego Deaths/Susan (Race) Hill-1943

I am looking for info about Susan Ann Race that married her second husband (Thaddeus Hill) abt 1890. This probably happened near Peoria County, Illinois but is not in the online database. Thaddeus died between 1910-1920. Susan's first husband's surname was something like (Kellerstrau). They had a son named Leroy or Roy Kellerstrau, bc Feb 1886.
Susan and her son are listed in the 1920 and 1930 censuses in San Diego, California and both died there. Susan on 20 June 1943 and Leroy on 14 April 1972.
Not being a direct descendant I cannot get Susan's Death Cert. which I would very much like to have because the Calif. online deaths indicate that Susan's mother was a Largent.
Would also like to confirm that her father was William Race.

Anybody out there that can help?
