I'm trying to find the family of Capt. William R. Weir Jr, ASN: O-303310, 387th Infantry Regiment, 97th Infantry Division. Capt. William R. Weir Jr. died April 15, 1945.

Capt. Weir entered the service from San Francisco, CA on July 1, 1942.

He was born in 1911 and before entering the service he was living in Alameda County, CA.

Capt. William R. Weir Jr. is buried at the Netherlands American Cemetery and his grave is adopted. The adoptive family would like to get in touch with the Weir family.

Looking forward to hearing from anyone who can help us.
