Nicholas Sinnott, and Gertrude Matthews Co Wexford Ireland to CA

Nicholas Sinnott was born in Co Wexford Ireland, immigrated to the USA in 1874, and wound up in Santa Cruz about 1928 (if inf. I have is accurate). He died in Santa Cruz on June 6 1954, age 83. He left several children, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, and his sister Gertrude Matthews of San Francisco.
Can anyone tell me about Gertrude Matthews?
Who did she marry, where and when? Did they have children who, where, and when. and anything else that may be available.
I know that Nicks wife Maude died in 1944. I also believe her maiden name may have been O'Connor.
