Need obit for Roy Lee Sikes San Diego County

Hopefully someone can help me find the obituary for a Roy Lee Sikes. His DOB is 6/2/1935 DOD is 11/28/1990. Someone told me that he was living in San Diego (San Diego County)92101. Trying to find any of his living relatives. He's my half-sisters birth father and she needs to find out any medical history of the family. All my mother knows is that he had three children from a previous marriage, then my sister and three from his second marriage. We don't have any names of his wives or children. Any help is greatly appreciated.
