I'm looking for a James Dow that was last taxed at address of:
848 JACKMAN ST STE 129
El Cajon, Ca 92020
I ran across a parcel they owned in Virginia that was unmapped on the tax records, until I had my land surveyed. I own land next to it and would like to buy it. The last known conveyance was in late 1800's, so I figure their ancestors moved away long ago and have they no desire to live on it. The land is pretty useless (hilly with trash, tubs, washing machine on it), but I can never have enough buffer from my neighbors.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
