I have an acrylic painting hanging in my living room (seascape) painted by Jon Nagy. He painted it while at an showing in Big Bear, San Bernadino Co., Ca in 1973. He had a TV show for awhile in southern CA giving painting lessons.
When I moved to Half Moon Bay, San Mateo Co., Ca in 1981 I ran across a young man with the surname NAGY, he said Jon was his uncle. I am racking my brain to try and remember what the young mans first name was or where he was working. It may come to me later, I am prone to say he was either a veterinarian or policeman. Perhaps if you try the phone listings you can come up with a Nagy in Half Moon Bay.
Good luck, Sandy, now living in the Great Northwest, miss San Mateo Co. sometimes.
