Leggett, Emmett E. b. 12/09/1898, mmn. Lacey, Male, Birth place not listed, died Calaveras County, CA 8/19/1965. Social Security #556-09-3060, age 66 years.

As you can see, the first name is spelled a bit differently, otherwise, I think he fits the bill.
