Caballero families also came to Spanish Louisiana with the "Los Islenos" migration of 1778-1783 from the Canary Islands. Home in the Canaries was Aguimes on Gran Canaria. possibly also other island locations. Previous migrations were from Aragon Region to Andalusia, perhaps with Portugese military actions against Moors in 14th-15th centuries. Any Caballero in the Orden de Cristo? Any Estopinan in the same order for the same activities?
