I believe that Harvey is a son of my grandfather, Dr. Edward Valentine Cabbage of Warrick Co., IN and later of Montana. I have a picture which was sent to my father by my grandfather's last wife. On the back is "age 36...Harvey Phillips...Kansas City Mo.../First Son of Dr. E. V. Cabbage Borned [sic] at Ebey, Ind."
