Thanks for the reply, Eldon. We found the following from the Cabage-Cabbage Family Assn Yearbook. Vol.2, Aug 1981 issue had info on John Cabbage. It stated only 2 daughters (Phebe and Elizabeth) of John Cabbage were positive, other children were speculations. Then it listed the children of John Cabbage b 24 Feb 1758 Chester Co., Pa d 8 Jan 1853 Grainger Co., Tn as follows:
1. Alexander F. Cabbage (1787 Va - 1862 Vigo Co., Ind)
2. Female Cabbage
3. John Cabbage
4. Jacob Cabbage
5. Female Cabbage
6. Phoebe Cabbage
7. Arnold Franklin Cabbage
8. Elizabeth (Betsy) Cabbage
This seems to fit what I know about Arnold's family, but do you have anything that is more conclusive that Arnold is indeed the son of John? Just curious to know. THanks for the help.
