Does anyone have any idea why Dr. William Cabell's wife, Elizabeth, would have served as a witness for the will of John Bellamy in 1729 and why Dr. William Cabell would have served as a guardian for John Bellamy's children, Mary and Judah, after Bellamy's death, though their mother was still alive?
