I am still trying to find a conection between a great granfather & the Cabell family. His name was samuel Cabell Carter. I have found his children's names as well as some of his brothers names. I have reason to believe his father was Williaw H Carter who was born May 13, 1782. Williams's family matches with the names & birth dates i have for Samuel & his brothers. I have found a Christopher Carter who married a Mary Cabell in the early 1700s, but i cannot find another marriage or a conection with these two. I was wondering if you have anything.
