In the 1790 Census of Watuga Co NC Casper is listed as Cabel. He was supposedly from PA and according to some sources, married there to a "Miss Baker". Others have him marrying in 1780 in Randolph Co NC. He died in Johnson Co. TN about 1827. If you have anything on a Casper Cabell please let me know. Thanks. Russell E. Cable
